What a wonderful home, it was everything as described and more! Quiet residential area centrally located to so many fun things to do, then come back to a spacious relaxing lanai and pool was just what our family needed. This will be our yearly retreat destination as this Cape Coral home is a must for us.

Casa del Sol a true gem…

Selecting a property to rent can be challenging especially when you are renting for an extended time. Finding Casa del Sol was a perfect answer. The home was clean and welcoming. The home includes plenty of indoor space with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well equipped with updated appliances. Each bedroom provided space for individual retreat as well as comfortable beds. The outdoor space was an added bonus. The lanai has comfortable furniture, a beautiful salt water pool, and a new outdoor barbecue grill. Landscaping was well planned and so pleasing to view. Placed on a main canal a lower view viewing area provided many nights of relaxation. An added attraction was two views of beautiful manatees! Already looking froward to the winter season next year.

Amazing!!

What a perfect place to stay while in SW Florida!! This house is so welcoming and beautifully decorated. The private pool is amazing and inviting. The sliding doors that open up to the lanai makes it feel like you’re outside all the time. This is our 2nd year in a row staying here and we definitely will be back! No better place to stay.

Feels like home!

I rented Casa Del Sol for a girls week with my best friends, and the house was absolutely perfect! 3 bedrooms, large living spaces and the Pool and canal side seating area was amazing!! We sat by the canal watching the sunset every night. The pool area was super clean and the lanai over it was perfect to help with the harsh Florida sun — especially for my 5 month old who was with us. The pool has a super shallow end with a fountain which was perfect for the baby. Beds & Pillows were so comfortable. The house truly felt like home while on vacation which is something you don’t find often. Highly, Highly Recommended!! "

Vacation

From the day we got there from the day we left, it was an stress free vacation. The accommodations were great! From the bikes to the beach accessories and everything in between made our vacation that much better. The pool was clean and the water was perfect. Enjoy a quiet night swim after a day at the beach. Plenty of space to be had in the house if you choose to be inside. One of our favorite things about the house was the multiple large sliding doors that opened up to the spacious pool area and patio. I highly recommend this place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We had a great stay. The only recommendation would be to remove the bikes from the listing as they must have been locked in the garage as there are no bikes available to use.
