Cape Coral Getaway

This property was a lovely place to stay. Our host was quick to respond to our questions and needs. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed because there were no laundry facilities available to us. The home was well stocked with quality equipment and appliances but both bathrooms are in need of remodeling and updating. We would definitely rent this property again.

Prioritizes Homeowner over Customer

We were unable to keep our trip due to TSA security lines that exceeded 3 hours for a small (3 gate) airport in CT.We shared the issue mmediately with evolve, the property management company, and they refused to give us a full refund because it was the day of our trip.The TSA backup was so unusual it made the news. It was completely out of our control.Evolve flatly stated it was "unfair to the homeowner".So renters beware!!! The homeowners are the priority, NOT the customer.
