The property was beautiful.

The property was beautiful. The couple of hiccups (the AC and the brown stuff in the pool) were rectified as soon as we reported it. The kitchen could do with a few much larger frying pans and an electric kettle but otherwise we had all we needed. Thanks again! I have need worked with a more pleasant, warm and extremely available staff and company before. They are first rate.

Very nice rental.

Very nice rental. Noisey corner. Pool little cool. Wrong size sheets on bed. Too big bottom sheet too small top sheet. No hand soap. No shampoo or conditioner. That should be announced as a courtesy to allow guest to bring. There is a dollar general a mile away. But a bottle of hand soap is a cheap courtesy to have. They did leave these tiny little bath soap that is not sufficient. You only get one dishwasher pod. If your staying a week with group. You will dish wash more than once. Front porch light out. Otherwise very nice. Thank you very much. Na

Functional and basic

Adventura is an ok rental. I have rented for years thru VBRO and this is the first disappointing stay. The house is functional. The beds are miserable. Towels are thin and rough. The pool needs to be cleaned more regularly. A serious ant problem. It is a 4 bedroom 3 indoor bath and one outdoor bath house. Pleasant yet minimally decorated. If the house could sleep 8 one should be able to seat 8 indoors for a meal. No so. Additional cleaning products would go a long way in keeping the home clean. While I did bring my usual 'rental kit' which includes dish soap, laundry soap, disinfecting counter spray and hand soap for the baths etc. I usually do not use them as most rentals provide them. My biggest issue is the potential upcharge for electricity, which was not disclosed in the original contract but submitted to us about 2 weeks before we were due to arrive. I would have cancelled but couldn't find another rental to accommodate our needs at such a late date. I will be taking this up with VBRO shortly. If you are looking for the bare basics this house is for you.

This house is perfect! Well equipped.

This house is perfect! Well equipped. Beautiful pool. The only negative is that it is on a very busy road. Traffic noise is quite bad at times. Plus, it’s across from a fire station which adds to more noise. We had one question, after regular hours , so we left a message. We were texted right away with the answer.

The property was the nicest we have stayed in over the last 15 years of going to Florida.

The property was the nicest we have stayed in over the last 15 years of going to Florida. The only thing we would have liked to know, was the fact that the house was on a busy corner for traffic. Also the house was on the end of a canal that had garbage constantly gathering. but I know the house cannot control that, so that is why I gave it an excellent. We had no issues with the team, they were great to accommodate us with everything we needed. would recommend using them.
