Noisy location; Bad business practices

The location's standard of cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Pubic hairs in the shower, on the tub and on the bathroom floor, along with hair around the bathroom sinks greeted us upon arrival. The kitchen countertops were sticky and one of the guestroom toilets had been running when we arrived. It took us 30 minutes to clean the grill and wipe down the black film on the outdoor kitchen counters. All of this I was willing to overlook until the rental company kicked us out even though we paid for guaranteed late check out for the 28th (confirmed and charged on the 26th). When standard check out time arrived on the 28th the cleaning crew and then someone from Roelens showed up trying to kick us out. When i contacted the office, I was told that someone else booked the property on the 27th and our GAURANTEED late check out would not be honored. Even though they knew the day before, no one bothered to reach out to us until AFTER the cleaning crew showed up at 11 (late check out was 4). We had to scramble to get everything packed and ended up having to pack wet laundry. Luckily the added weight did not require us to pay for being over the luggage weight limit. However, we had to to find activities to fill the time that we had planned to be at the property. Because we planned to be there until 4 p.m., we had purchased food for the day of our departure. All of this had to be thrown out because we had no way of preparing it/keeping it cold. The stress/anxiety ruined the whole stay.
