Beautiful home in Cape Coral

Thanks so much for letting us stay in this beautiful home in Cape Coral, Florida. It was just as the pictures showed. Perfect set up for a vacation home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was close to target and publics. Itrip had instructions that were easy to find and in all the right places! My daughter and her cousins enjoyed the games and pool! The master bath was awesome! We would definitely book this house again in the future when we are in that area!

Our stay was phenomenal!!! Everything in this home is truly high end!! We ate at amazing restaurant's in the area. We went on a day boat ride. Captain of the boat was phenomenal. Boat pick up is just a few streets away. Amazing bedding and pillows for a great night sleep. They really have thought of everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend this home!! We will definitely be back soon!!

Great property and stay except three things

The property is really nice. It's obviously very new with nice touches. However we had two issues. First, the pots and pans didn't work at all with the induction cooktop and since it was Christmas we were left with no options for cooking the meal we had prepped for our group of 9. We ended up wasting quite a bit of our groceries that couldn't be cooked. The property management company was only responding to emergencies on the 25th. Second, when we attempted to use the built in grill outside it melted the siding causing us a scare and making it so we couldn't use the grill any longer. There was no offer of compensation. Lastly, it was weird how many cameras were covering areas including the garage where the games and shuffleboard were. Anytime a door opened to the pool area, front door or garage the security system dinged. Overall, our Christmas was more stressful when we were hoping for a relaxing time.

Perfect alternative to hotel living

This house was impeccable. We had two families of 4 in this home and it didn’t disappoint. More than enough space indoors but most time spent outdoors in the covered patio or in the game room in the garage. Finished in the home were amazing and it had a real comfy and homey feel to it. If you are looking for a place in Cape Coral, I wouldn’t hesitate to scoop this one up quick.
