Please note that Villa Lores is divided into 2 completely separate units by a solid wall. Your unit is entirely private, with no shared living spaces; what you see is exclusively yours. The only shared area is the driveway, and we have exterior security cameras in place for your peace of mind. The other unit is used for my personal use and the garage is a storage.
