Enjoyed our time here for a week! Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, good kitchen items, and streaming service. Pool was wonderful for the kiddo and floats provided. Nice neighborhood. Close to many restaurants and the ocean. Thank you for the use of your wonderful home.

Our family had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was beautiful and there were chairs and coolers available us to use for our beach trips. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the location and how central it was to a number of activities that we did. The house was beautiful and we felt at home. Nothing beats coffee on the dock and a night swim in the pool. Hope to go back again!!

We enjoyed our stay. We came to visit family in the area. There were plenty of towels & kitchen ware. We were able to use the boat dock, which was great for our boating fun! The pool and outdoor living space was lovely and comfortable. We had a great visit.

Beautiful house and looks even better in person. Rental company was always very quick with replies to any questions I had. We loved being the 1st guest to use new dryer. We spent so much time in the heated pool after each day on our boat.Loved all streaming channels for us to use.Beds were super comfy and great water pressure for our showers.Neighbors were very nice and the neighborhood was quiet. 5 minutes away from local boat ramp. Highly recommend this house. Thanks for a great stay.

We had wonderful stay. The house is just as it is pictured and was stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, plenty of towels for both bathing and the pool. The lanai and pool were clean and beautiful. We enjoyed all of our mornings drinking coffee out there! We only used two bedrooms, but both beds were extremely comfortable! It is a quiet neighborhood and very good for morning and afternoon walks. I highly recommend this home and we would certainly stay here again!

Me and my Family have a wonderful Stay in your house. Very Quietfull and nice View on the waterfront. Pool was realy good. In the Kitchen was all what we need. Nice Bedroom and Bathrooms. Beach Chairs and Cooler. Only one Thing was not so good, the BBQ Grill has no Gas 😕 thanks for the good time. Olaf and Family 😊👍👪

We loved the outside appearance of the home, and the interior was equally lovely. It is modern, with lovely tile flooring, very nice furnishings, an open concept layout and gorgeous lanai and pool area with comfortable seating. The bedrooms are well laid out and very nicely decorated. The bathrooms were modern and attractive. The kitchen lacked nothing in the way of appliances, utensils, dishes, pots, etc. The home is a 10 minute walk from some shopping and restaurants. We loved the nearby pub Finns Seafood and Dive Bar, for great food and has live entertainment on certain nights. Sanibel Island and Naples beach/pier are within an hour. A wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Enjoyed our recent stay at this property! The location is perfect — lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, short drive into Ft Myers for even more options on activities. Lots of extra pillows and linens available, plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the pool for hours daily (bonus points for having floats available for use), and took full advantage of the TV on the lanai at night to unwind and catch up on our shows after long days. The view from the back of the property is unbeatable! Loved having morning coffee out on the dock. We only used the master bedroom, so the AC was sufficient there, but would have been warm in the other bedrooms if those were being used as well. AC system is a little noisy, and with my husband being an HVAC Tech, he could clearly see how clogged the filters were, so those are in desperate need of changing and the whole system really in need of a thorough servicing. Living room seating isn’t incredibly comfortable so we didn’t spend much time in there. The burrowing owls a couple of doors down were great to see, we really enjoyed that!While we overall enjoyed our stay, I will remove 1 star because the house really should be a little cleaner than it was. There were obvious blood stains on the sheets, which was quite a turn off, and the lanai/pool area had food and debris brushed under the furniture which was a little gross to see when furniture was moved. If the cleaning was a bit more thorough, the house would easily be 5 stars.

Our stay over Memorial Day Weekend at this rental property was absolutely fantastic! Traveling with young children ages 3 and 18 months, we found this home to be the perfect setting for our family getaway. The decor was lovely, the cleanliness impeccable, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was a highlight - beautiful, clean, and heated, with plenty of high-quality beach towels provided by the host.The kids spent most of their time swimming and dining by the pool, while we enjoyed cozy movie nights in the comfortable beds, complete with Netflix access. The host truly thought of everything, from the well-maintained grill to the luxurious bathrooms stocked with mini toiletries in each shower. The bedding was top-notch and we all slept soundly each night.The only minor issue we encountered was with the dryer, which seemed to have a malfunction and kept shutting off. However, the washing machine worked perfectly and was a lifesaver for cleaning the kids' clothes.Overall, we highly recommend this rental property and are already looking forward to returning next Memorial Day. Thank you to the host for a wonderful stay!

Overall everything was great and we enjoyed are time away from home. The pool is awesome as well as the master shower. There are a few appliances that need to be replaced or fixed but it didn't taint our vacation. Also you can fish off the dock at the house but you probably won't catch anything but catfish. My boys were disappointed but it just made them spend more time in the pool.

The home was so clean and comfortable! A bonus was the pool and foosball table. The home was centrally located between the beach and Ft. Myers historic district in a beautiful neighborhood with many lovely homes. I would definitely return!
