Great place

7 Cincinnati retired Fire fighters in town for a fire fighter reunion. We used this place as a start off for several events associated with reunion. Very comfortable , close to all events. Great setting. Would stay again.

Week in Cape Coral

Everything was great! We needed more towels so I reached out and they went and bought us brand new ones. Propane ran out and was replaced in a timely manner. Overall our stay was fantastic and I would definitely stay again!

Nice, with small caveats

First impression of the neighborhood is just average, but it’s only one block off a main drag, though not really walkable with the canal and no sidewalk. Home is beautiful inside with all the stone, just not very functional with its intent of being for family or 6-8 people. Some of the least comfortable furniture I’ve ever seen, and the setup is terrible with the furniture around nothing and the TV in front of a small couch about 5 feet away. Lots of scuffs on the walls and poor landscaping take away from the initial beautiful look of the interior

Initial contact was very positive. After a walk through it was discovered that there was mold in the dishwasher, floor was dirty, and the grill propane tank was empty.
