The house was perfect and had everything we needed! Pool and hot tub were a great place to relax after the beach. The tiki hut on the canal was a nice feature we saw turtles and all kinds of fish!

We’ve been staying in Cape Coral for 4-6 wks for the past 8 yrs. This house was ok.checkin/out was seemless, no issues. The first thing we noticed were the towels - old, dingy and should have been retired years ago. We went to Sam’s Club the next day and purchased 8 sets of towels. I sent an email to the manager and said I would leave them, if the owners would like to purchase them. I sent a copy of my receipt and pictures of the towels. I never

We had an amazing 5 days in villa Patricia and wished we booked more. The villa was beautiful, clean and well presented. The pool area and tiki hut were also amazing as were the kayaks The short drive to publixs (2 minutes in car) was also a plus. Only negatives were 4 seats at tiki hut, we had a party of 6 No electric kettle Building work has commenced next door. As you can see no major issues at all and would definitely book this villa again. On the morning of arrival it was great that we had a contact from the rental company, however as we had not yet used the pool area we had not noticed a string of one of the fans. We contacted the company just to advise but within 30 mins someone was there to fix it. Also quick response to any emails that was sent. Amazing service from the rental company

Great location. We rent vacation homes 5-6 times a year, so we are very experienced in vacation home rentals. The only improvements I would suggest: kitchen utensils are limited. Really could use more forks, spoons, etc. The clothes washer often had to run twice. On some cycles it didn’t rinse out the detergent, nor empty the water completely. The dishwasher on the other hand was the quietest I have ever encountered. Bob Orlando offered us great suggestions about dining in the area.

Simply said.. our expectations were met in every way with both the Vesteva Team and the home. House Patricia is an outstanding vacation rental with so many things to like about it. Location, Close to groceries, excellent cape restaurants, and of course the beach's. Beautiful pool area, Huge canal front deck with LED lit tiki hut, underwater lighting to see fish, turtles, manatee, dolphins, 2 Kayaks, 2 Bikes, fishing rods. Very complete rental! I would not hesitate to rent this home again and would recommend Vesteva to my friends and family. Simply said.. our expectations were met in every way with both the Vesteva Team and the home.
