The kitchen is fully equipped, and essential amenities such as bed linens, towels, and toiletries are provided. The BBQ grill is available for use, with propane included. Please refill the propane and clean the grill after use. The garage is reserved for owner use only.

Key considerations for your stay: Prior to your arrival, kindly complete and submit the necessary amenity access waiver and agreement form. Check-in time is 4 PM; early check-in may be arranged for a fee of $20, contingent upon availability. Late check-out is also available for $20. The pool is available for your enjoyment; please be advised that pool heating requires a non-refundable fee. Prepayment at least one day prior to arrival is recommended to ensure your preferred temperature. Dogs are permitted for a fee of $50 per pet; cats are not allowed. Please manage waste disposal responsibly; excessive trash may result in a fee. Kindly place trash and recycling bins out every Monday. Continuous child supervision is essential near the pool area and in the backyard. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent pest entry and avoid leaving food unattended. A $500 authorization hold will be placed on your account at the time of booking, which will be released 7 days after check-out (this does not apply to Airbnb reservations). Please be aware that you are responsible for your personal safety throughout your stay.
