The outdoor heated pool and screened in lanai are a MUST experience. In this large outdoor space surrounded by mature and privacy-screening palms, you'll enjoy hours swimming or lounging pool side. There are two lounge chairs to work on your perfect tan. Best of all, you'll forget you're in a neighborhood and not see any of the surrounding houses. It's very private! The backyard (on the outside of the lanai) has ample green space and is completely enclosed by a chain link fence hidden by the palms, perfect for your furry friend.

Inside you'll find 3 large bedrooms (king bed in the master, queen bed in the 1st guest room, and a twin-over-double bunk bed with a trundle in the 2nd guest room). The home has 2 living rooms (equipped with puzzles and games), a formal dining room, and an open concept kitchen with every kitchen essential and even a 2nd kitchen table overlooking the lanai. There are 2.5 bathrooms. The master bath has a walk-in shower and separate soaker tub, the guest bath has a shower and bath combo, AND there is a separate half bath off the lanai which is an added bonus for a quick restroom break while swimming or for some additional bathroom privacy.
