Great stay for family

Property was true to listing info and photos online. I appreciated the detailed information provided by email before we arrived, and the timeliness of a welcome text message from the Property Manager on the day we arrived.

Beautiful home with a pool

We loved our stay at this home. We walked into a beautifully staged home that was well appointed with lots of tables and furniture for the 6 of us both inside and outside. At one point there were 4 of us working on computers at different tables and rooms and there was plenty of space. The master bedroom also had a dresser that converted to a desk, which was very helpful! Loved all the pool furniture, the pool was heated to a comfortable temperature, the beds were comfortable and it was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We did have issues with several light bulbs that needed replacing, a dishwasher and hot water heater that had to be replaced while we were there, and also all the fire alarms picked our week to lose battery life and those had to be replaced. It was just a bad luck week that all those things happened while we were there. The good news is that the next renters will have everything in great shape!! All the maintenance people that came in were very friendly. Our recommendations for an even better stay: We would recommend some brighter lighting in the living area and more pillows to make the sofa more comfortable. Also, when the issues happened, we would have loved to have better communication through email or phone to know when the issues would be solved. Everything did get fixed though and we were thankful that all the work orders were handled. We would stay at the home again in the future!

Everything was awesome with this property.

We got there about 6 am and everything was as instructions said. The property manager answered all my questions and worked diligently to solve my questions. I will definitely recommend this house and absolutely will stay again! We loved it. Location, pool and all accommodations was just awesome!

Clean and well maintained property with a great pool

Loved the property. Very clean and well maintained in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. We were a family of 5 and it was perfect for us. The agency said no toilet roll, soap and 6 towels. However when we got there it was perfectly stocked and we had to buy some supplies in the middle of our trip, and they had plenty of bath and beach towels. The only issue we had was the responsiveness of our property manager. We had some issues and the agency told us our property manager would be in touch. She eventually reached out to us 3 days later. For vacation rentals, responsiveness is essential and not having that focus was disappointing. The house was super clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pool was big snd so much fun for our kids. Definitely would recommend for families.

Amazing place!

We had an amazing stay at Starfish Villa! The house was clean and spacious. The heated pool provided hours of fun for our kids and us! Great location. The property manager was great with the communication, check in and late check out. We loved our time there and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this house!
