Great vacation

The house fit us really well. The kitchen had everything we wanted. We’d definitely stay again. Had a little problem with the pool heat but they worked with us on that. We loved having 3 king beds. Two of them were really comfortable. Spacious house.

Great place!

This home is really great. The AC doesnt cool the home as much as our family normally would enjoy. We kept it on 70 to avoid freeze up. The house never reached 70 but it was tolerable and we would go back again so not really a complaint. The jets werent working for the top tub but again not a huge deal. We still sat in it and enjoyed it. Pool was very nice. The home overall is worth the price and we would definitely stay again. Love the area and the beach options.. If you choose Sanibel Island take bug spray!! Overall great getaway and would recommend to anyone!!

Refreshing Vacation

Beds were very comfortable. Loved the location on the water channel and towards the end of the culdesac. It was very quiet. Was able to watch boats coming in and out of the channel. Watched someone catch a big fish out in front of our house. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The only thing is the pool guy never showed up on his day to come and do his maintenance. Hence why he would have noticed that the chlorinating system lost connection thru the Wi-Fi and the pool was starting to turn green. Hopefully they were able to get it corrected before the new guests arrived. I have never rented a house that has so many kitchen utensils, dishes, and pans in a kitchen. Absolutely loved being able to cook. Would definitely rent this house again.

Quiet Paradise

Very nice place and lots of room. It is at the end of a road and was very quiet. Pool over looked a very nice canal and we were able to see some wildlife such as a dolphin and manatee in the morning. Management was extremely helpful and fast responding. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great property beautiful view!

We had a wonderful stay at this home on the canal! We would definitely recommend this property. There a few things that we recommend the owner should supply and have available. Hair dryer, beach towels, better selection of spices, Kleenex, garbage bags, tin foil, paper towel, etc. A hand rail in hot tub, over all a wonderful experience

We have stayed here the last 2 years and loved it we’ve tried other places in the area over last ...

The kids can fish and us momma and daughter can swim while there fishing and not half to worry about nothing my son was able to cath a 3 ft shark off the dock this time then next night they was 2 or 3 more swimming around docks they were trying to catch so there out there to be caught plenty catfish lol but we love this home stay there every year ❤️

No A/C 85 degrees inside the house. Screens were ripped and missing. After second night we were moved to another home. They could not fix A/C.

Not value for money

This is a spacious and well equipped villa in a very quiet and nice area. Still, it had many flaws that could easily have been fixed, and which brings our rating down. The net over the lanai was missing, so it was impossible to sit outside after sunset without being bit by mosquitoes. Inside there were two kinds of tiny ants in the kitchen and two bathrooms. The comfortable large sofa was ripped, and the fabrics were stained everywhere. Outside, torn and molded cushions were stacked in a corner. Some of the failings can probably be attributed to the hurricane that affected this area last fall, but when the owners decided to rent out the property (through a rental company), this should have been fixed or informed about. We have stayed in this area six times. Even though we had a good time, this is the stay where we got least value for money.

Nice home!

The home was very nice and the pool, hot tub (when we could figure out how to use it), and the dock were amazing. Had a few hiccups, but overall was a great time.

Amazing House!! Management communication could be improved.

First off this house was perfect! We had grandparents, grandchildren, a couple, and a sibling and having 4 bedrooms was perfect. Even better that 3 of the bedrooms all had king beds. I cannot stress enough how great it was to open all of the patio doors and have the house completely opened up to the screened in pool area! The kids never got out of the pool! Had some difficulty in getting the hot tub figured out as there is not information let specific to this house, only a generic Vacasa binder for their properties in this area. The hot tub was not hot at all unless the jets were turned on, as I later figured out is because the hot tub shares a pump and heater with the pool. However if the hot tub jets are on, then the pool doesn’t heat, which normally wouldn’t be a big deal however the pump for the pool is limited to only run from 10am to 7pm, so it only heats during this time. And then anytime the hot tub jets are off, the pool heat draws cooler water from the pool and only heats it to the lower pool temp and returns 1/2 to the pool and 1/2 to the hot tub. We also one day as we were using the pool had a woman who was the pool cleaner just walk in and tell the kids to get out of the pool, and then say that they could not swim for 2 hours. She was quite rude and refused to even entertain any possibility of a compromise to allow the kids to continue swimming. So inevitably we had a 3 and 5 year old crying/balling/screaming after they had waited all morning to go swimming. Not a great day, especially considering we were even paying for pool heat. I completely understand that the pool must be cleaned and maintained, however we had no notice, no warning, and no communication about the schedule, timing, or that we couldn’t swim for 2 hours after. We would have definitely made other plans had any of this been communicated. Please don’t let any of this scare you away, as this truly is a great house with awesome views and a convenient location (despite traffic being a little intense in the area). Just please use this info to ask questions so that you don’t encounter surprises like we did.
