「My family and i go to Florida every 2 year's to see family. This house came with everything we needed and the location was a plus. My children loved playing the games. We were only 10 minutes away from family which was a bonus. I had a minor issue, the host was very responsive and tried to resolve the issue quickly.」

「It's a very nice house but really needs some TLC. The backyard is nice but the seats are about to break and there is an old unusable hammock. The master bed is extremely uncomfortable and you can feel the springs digging into your ribs. There is no coffee supplies, only 3 forks, it's pretty much bring your own supplies. Overall it's a nice quiet place but needs a lot of improvement.」

「We had teenage boys and they loved the basketball hoops, both at the pool and in the driveway. They also really enjoyed the axe game. We enjoyed the kayaks! It was a clean, comfortable place. Brian as quick to answer any questions. We really enjoyed everything about our stay! Thank you Brian!」

「Very clean and loved the space. Very bright and homey. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was since I was there for Thanksgiving and had to cook a little. Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. Would love to stay again next time I’m in the area. 」

It was a bit too chilly for my Florida family to swim in the pool. If we need a house in Cape Coral again, we would love to stay here again.」
