I should have left when I first got to the place because while I was checking in the property owner was reading off a clipboard full of his personal rules while staying at the property... 「Beautiful new facility. Great location - easy walk to the historic area. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with options a step above the usual hotel offering. Only complaint was apparently they have a mandatory $15/day valet parking which was not mentioned in the listing nor explained upon our arrival. We had no parking issues the first two days of our stay but on our third day a valet informed us we had to pay $15 to park there. He became very rude and stated he would have our vehicle...

「Our room was a studio, and was very nice. Comfy bed, small kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Room was very clean and had most of the usual amenities (I might suggest a toaster!). Would definitely stay here again」

「This is one of my favorite places to stay. It’s so quaint, clean and the staff is so friendly. The warm muffins and coffee delivered to your room in the morning to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the water is a huge plus as well. 」

If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable.」
