“We've stayed at a few condos at Ocean Sands, but this one is our new favorite! Very clean, looks to be recently updated. Can't beat the location and promixity to the beach. We will be going back! ”

“The amenities were great, even though we did not use the stove. A nice surprise: lawnchairs are provided (we brought our own), but good to know for the next time. Needs some upkeep, the floors need washing, (a mop and bucket would be good to have on hand) the bathroom vent needs cleaning (full of dust), and the bathroom door needs some cleaning, but overall a good place to stay. The refrigerator is a very good size!! For being a small unit it was cozy. AC and Heat worked well. Something that……

“The room it self was fine just as it was described aside from the Internet not working but we didn't mind that. The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. Also the guy that checks parking passes was extremely rude. Again I don't believe the renter was at fault for the way the people that live in other rooms acted. The room was clean and the……

“We had a great time. We did have to clean some snow away to access the home. But the snow accumulation seen in Morehead City was a rare occurrence. The home and amenities were very nice. We loved the interior design and plan on using the ideas to update our home. The beds were comfortable. The shower was great. It is a very cozy alternative to the cookie cutter hotels.”

“Very clean and the host communicated well wanting to make sure we had a great stay! The kitchen equipment/utensils was minimal but worked for us since we were only staying a couple of days. If you bring your own linens consider bringing a kitchen towel and hand towels for the bathroom. The deck was perfect to sit on and enjoy the beautiful spring weather. We will definitely rebook if we come back to Atlantic Beach in the future! ”
