「The house was cute but disappointing. The bathroom especially needs to be cleaned, as well as updated. The shower has a window with a moldy, broken blind that gets soaked every time you take a shower. The vacuum/electric broom is not sufficient to use in pet friendly rental. There were tumble weeds of other pet hair rolling out from under the living room furniture. We bought ant traps to try to control the ant population. The laundry area needs cleaning. The air conditioner filters were packed...

「nice little cottage close to beach and Washington street mall area. really only two complaints. parking is terrible. there is no off-street parking, and trying to find a spot is very hard. sometimes the next street back or more. the air conditioners barely kept the unit cool. they are too old and small for the rooms.」

「The two rooms plus bathroom were clean and prepared for use. The host was accommodating when a heavy costal storm prevented an on-time arrival. Laundry was an added plus - especially if you have children. The stove looks good but needs some attention since at least two burners were not heating enough for cooking. The location is close to the ocean - three blocks. The neighbors partied into 3 am my last night there. So I recommend with Some reservations. Thank you」

「Never received a Welcome note or check in to the rental. Had to reach out to the property owner to gain access. No instructions on the stay or expectations. Arrived to a dirty house, left as it was from the previous renter. Cleaners didn't come until 10am the next day and spent over 3 hours cleaning. We didn't have access until after 1pm.
