“nice little cottage close to beach and Washington street mall area. really only two complaints. parking is terrible. there is no off-street parking, and trying to find a spot is very hard. sometimes the next street back or more. the air conditioners barely kept the unit cool. they are too old and small for the rooms.”

“We stayed here for a weekend and had a wonderful time! The cottage was very clean, the heat was already on for us, and the place even had a cute little Christmas tree for the holiday spirit! It was the perfect size for two adults.As very tall person, I was unsure of how small the cottage would be but everything is nicely spacious and has high ceilings, including the shower! Even the bedroom was pretty large still with the king sized bed in there. Everything was perfect and it was nice to have……

“We stayed here with our 3 kids. Clair was a very good host, and responded quickly to any questions I had. Pros: quick response, near the beach, near convinience stores, A/C in each room, parking provided for 1 car, and has an outdoor bbq and patio area / outdoor yard. Cons: the space is a little humid and not very updated (not much space to put your clothing, and dishware was very limited).
