「It was fine inside. The images in the profile are not accurate as this location is surrounded by buildings all the way around. There is only one house door in and out. The yard could use some sprucing up. It wasn’t expected to have to walk past two dumpsters and two mice traps to get to the property down an alley. 」

「Nice location, easy to find, cute cottage. Good for kids (the stair treads to the second floor were shorter than my adult feet and the beds up there were small - one was not a queen). Walking distance to ice cream parlors!」

「nice little cottage close to beach and Washington street mall area. really only two complaints. parking is terrible. there is no off-street parking, and trying to find a spot is very hard. sometimes the next street back or more. the air conditioners barely kept the unit cool. they are too old and small for the rooms.」

「The house was cute but disappointing. The bathroom especially needs to be cleaned, as well as updated. The shower has a window with a moldy, broken blind that gets soaked every time you take a shower. The vacuum/electric broom is not sufficient to use in pet friendly rental. There were tumble weeds of other pet hair rolling out from under the living room furniture. We bought ant traps to try to control the ant population. The laundry area needs cleaning. The air conditioner filters were packed...
