Welcome to 1012 A Vermont Avenue in the Village Green section of Cape May! Nestled on the corner of Vermont and Reading Avenue, this two bedroom, one and a half bathroom quad unit is perfect for your next Cape May vacation. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: (1) King Bed. Bedroom 2: (2) Double Beds. Living Area: (1) Sofa Bed(Queen). BATHROOM: Bathroom 1: In bedroom 1 -1/2 Bathroom. Hallway Bathroom: Shower/Tub Combination. LINENS: PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS, PILLOWS, SHEETS AND TOWELS FOR YOUR STAY. INDOOR AMENITIES: There are cathedral ceilings in the open living space. Flat screen television and Wi-Fi. The kitchen was recently updated with white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen does include a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig and a regular coffee maker, please bring your own supplies. The dining table is set for four people. There also is a stacked washer and dryer for guest use. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Front porch with seating, enclosed outside shower, grass shared yard, private BBQ gas grill. PARKING: One parking spot in driveway. There is also free parking on the street for additional cars. BEACH TAGS/EQUIPMENT: Beach tags are included for the summer season as a courtesy of the owner. Tags are shared among guest and the number is NOT GUARANTEED. Please bring your own beach equipment. PETS: No Pets Accepted. CHECK IN TIME: 2:00 PM CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00 AM ATTRACTIONS: This home is approximately 1.1 miles to the Washington Street Mall and .8 miles to Reading Street Beach. This home is also .4 miles to the marina, WaWa, the Coast Guard Base and the Harbor. BOOK YOUR STAY TODAY! This property is rented through Coastline Realty LLC Extra fees include $75 Processing Fee, $150 Cleaning Fee, $200 Security Deposit and an optional vacation insurance "Vacation Standard Protector" Tenant Cancellation Policy.

Columbus Day Weekend Beach Trip

Quiet neighborhood. Accommodations were good, however, we were told that there was a Mr. Coffee in addition to a Kuerig. No Mr. Coffee. Forced us to buy the necessary cups. Also, some trash left in dresser and refrigerator. Amenities were more than expected.

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway! It was very accurately described in the listing and exactly as presented. Very clean, close enough to the beach and convenient to other attractions. Loved the quaint, quiet neighborhood! Would definitely recommend.

Cozy in Cape May

This home is one of the most well maintained homes we have ever stayed in. The fixtures, cabinets, tile, etc. are all original to the home (at least we think they are) but are in such great condition! The living room furniture is high quality and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked---except there is only a Keurig, not a coffee maker! The house is a short bike ride from the harbor, the marina area, mall and beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. The high ceiling in the living room really enhances the space because these quad homes are not huge, but not having the ceiling right on top of your head creates the feeling of a larger area. If you're looking for modern and contemporary, this is not the place for you. But if you want to feel comfortable and cozy while visiting beautiful Cape May, check this place out. Just remember to bring your K-cups.

Perfect beach house

Close to town and beaches with bikes, and on a quiet street. Perfect size for a cozy week long vacation. We loved the porch fan to keep the mosquitoes away since the front wasn't screened in. Perfect place for some late night reading or morning coffee..

Wonderful!

The property is in a fantastic location and everything was immaculate. It had everything we needed, and allowed us to relax and enjoy our time. Working with Coastline Realty was a super smooth process and they provided great communication and let us know they were available for anything we may need! We are already planning our next visit!
