Everything was WORN. Dirt on pillowcase in my room. No views as pictures on here indicate. Not on beah AT ALL. Bit by mosquiotos all night demanded refund for following night.

Business Stay

We had a good experience at Blouberg Dolphin Inn. Welcome was friendly and owner showed us around and explained everything. Rooms was clean and tidy and lovely to unpack. Coffee and Tea station in the local area was lovely. We will stay there a gain as it's safe, clean and close to the beach, restaurants etc. Thank you.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay in Blouberg. Clean and well run, lovely hosts and very good value overall. The breakfast is varied and above what one would expect for the price. Good wifi and parking facilities. For kitesurfers it is walking distance to Kite Beach which means no need to worry about car keys.

Very nice family friendly bed and breakfast

Enjoyed every minute of my stay. Very close to the beach with a beautiful view of Table Mountain and the sunsets were amazing. The hotel staff was fantastic so friendly and very helpful with anything I needed. They went over and above. The room was very clean, very comfortable bed. A nice quiet place to stay and I will definantly stay there again.

We had a few guests above us that were very load when leaving early in the morning stomping on the stairs. this is not the fault of the dolphin inn but did influence our stay negatively.

I had a wonderful stay here. The guesthouse is extremely clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location one block from the beach. Madeleine and Bokkie were exceptional hosts - helpful, warm, gracious and simply a pleasure to stay at their guesthouse. Highly recommended!

Decent mid-range accoms in PE!

A great stay at Town Lodge. The room was decent, pool nice, and a gym facility provided next door at the City Lodge. There is free parking and great beaches across the street. Plenty of great food also in walking distance.

Freundliches Gasthaus

Wir waren in Blouberg um den Sonnenuntergang im Meer zu bestaunen. Das Personal (Besitzer und deren Tochter) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker, jedoch nicht ein grosses Buffet (reichte für uns aber völlig). Das Zimmer ist sauber und gemütlich. Leider waren wir nur 1 Nacht dort.

Avis de Kiteur...

Propre, personnel sympa, bien situé pour les Kiteurs car à 2 mins de la plage et du parking ou tous les kiteurs se retrouvent, la circulation en moins, idem tout près des clubs Rrd et Best qui organisent des downwinds de Sunset Beach jusque Big Bay. Mais un peu bruyant, les chambres donnent sur la salle de petit déjeuner qui ouvre à 7h et la télé reste allumée non stop sur les programmes de sport. Or, les murs ne sont pas épais... A savoir, les w ends, à 3 minutes des bars et pubs ou cela fait la ( grosse ) fête ( enfin, si on peut appeler ça la fête), ambiance de type "arrosée", pneus qui crissent et gros bras...avis aux amateurs... Mieux vaut tirer 2 kms plus au nord et louer chez l habitant des chambres avec les mêmes avantages mais une vue à tomber : Blouberg Heights par exemple ( unique immeuble de plusieurs étages type barre mais avec un panorama de folie ) qu on ne peut pas louper ou encore les pensions au pied dans l eau dans l entrée de ce village - résidence aux maisons blanches et baies vitrées, bcp plus de charme et de cachet que Dolphin Beach.

Wonderful place

I was very comfortable but I felt the room was "cold". A coat of paint in a warm color would make it much more inviting. But the service is good, the bed was comfortable, a heater provided, it was clean. Madeleine, the owner, is at your beck and call with a smile. Very helpful, friendly staff and Madeleine made me feel like I was at family.

Vi havde 7 dejlige dage på stedet, hvor vi blev mødt med både venlighed og hjælpsomhed i.f.t. bl.a bussystem, seværdigheder og restaurationsanbefalinger. Stedet er meget hjemligt og man føler sig rigtigt godt tilpas - der er i det fælles bar og spiseområde fri adgang til bl. a frugt, øl, vand, vin og spiritus, hvor man selv fører regnskab med forbrug til overordentligt rimelige priser - øl ca 5 danske kroner - en flaske vin fra kr. 20 og en genstand mellem 5 og 6 kr. -----Da vi skulle hjem og tjekkede ud af værelset kl. 11.00. skulle vi først være i lufthavnen kl. 15.00. Vi blev tilbudt at blive på stedet og nyde faciliteterne, ligesom ejeren stillede sin private bolig til rådighed for toiletbesøg og et bad inden vi skulle af sted - kan helt klart anbefales

Licht und Schatten

Wir waren für einige Tage in diesem Hotel; der Besitzer war sehr nett und hat sich sehr um seine Gäste bemüht. Dahingehend waren wir sehr zufrieden ! Die Lage ist traumhaft - unweit des Strandes mit Blick auf Tafelberg und Kapstadt. Auch liegt dieses Hotel sehr verkehrsgünstig und dennoch verkehrsberuhigt in einer Nebenstrasse. Super ! Allerdings war unser Zimmer schon sehr abgewohnt mit vielen Flecken auf dem Teppich und die Dusche roch sehr unangenehm. Auch war die Schiebetür sehr sparkig und sehr ungeflegt. Auch andere Zimmer in die wir hineingespitzt hatten machten keinen wirklich guten Eindruck. In dieser Hinsicht leider unsere schlechteste Unterkunft unserer dreiwöchigen Rundreise.
