Situated in the beating heart of the Mother City, this stylish
apartment comes with every amenity needed for a comfortable
self-catering stay. The main living area consists of a full kitchen for
effortless self-catering, a cosy 2-seater dining table and a lounge
with a flat-screen TV with Netflix, Showmax and DSTV, perfect for
relaxing movie nights. The lounge includes a glass door leading out to
a compact balcony, where guests can enjoy a glass of wine while
admiring the city lights below.

The apartment’s single bedroom has a queen bed, ample cupboard space
for the fashion-loving traveller and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a
bathtub/ shower combo, toilet and single basin in warm neutral tones
for a relaxing space. Large wall-length windows add something special
to the bedroom, providing stunning views of the city lights below and
plenty of natural light during the day.

When you’re ready to explore, the apartment is situated a short
distance from a MyCiTi bus stop for easy travelling to surrounding
areas, including Sea Point or Bloubergstrand. Alternatively, guests
will have easy access to explore the delights of the Mother City at
their leisure that include an assortment of local and international
restaurants, trendy bars, the Two Oceans Aquarium and the Cape Town
Comedy Club for an unforgettable night of laughter and fun.

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet in the reception area, which is situated at 1 St Georges Mall, Cape Town City Centre

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
