Op zich is het een mooie villa op een handige plek in Kaapstad. Maar het huis heeft nogal wat achterstallig onderhoud. De rolgordijnen werkten niet, het afvoerputje van een douche liep niet door. Er was geen sleutel van de kluis enzovoort. Heel jammer.
