“Das Haus hat alle Annehmlichkeiten. Whirlpool und Sauna sind einfach zu bedienen. Die Küche ist wie beschrieben sehr gut ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich einfach sofort wie zu Hause. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich und man kann an guten Tagen sogar die Polarlichter vom Wohnzimmer aus betrachten. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar!”

“A really spacious house in a very convenient area outside the city centre,loved the proximity to the huge ouypool complex. Nice driveway for parking and good access to the owner. A really great stay.”

“The host cancelled last minute. I sent a message via VRBO app 14 hours before just to touch base with him. He didn’t respond. When I called him to let him know we would be getting in late, he told me the house is not functional. He was apologetic. But left us high and dry. We searched all the hotels in Reykjavík and all were full due to the pride parade happening. I tried calling him back to help settle this with VRBO and he ghosted me. I’m sure he’s a nice guy. But sleeping at the airport……

Nice location as the apartment was close enough to downtown amenities for us to walk. Three grocery stores located within walking distance, or a short 2 minute drive. Plenty of storage for clothing and luggage. ”
