「The apartment and surrounding area was beautiful. If you are planning to be in the area, i would highly recommend staying here. Watching the sunset over the coast was amazing. The apartment seemed to be newly renovated. There is a strong hot spring smell around the rental however it was not bad in the apartment. You do have to pay for parking however it is not much. There are also people coming and going around the apartment area as the lighthouse is a tourist attraction. 」

「Me and my boyfriend had a good stay at this property. It has parking for anyone hiring a car. The host was great, offering breakfast and lifts if needed. There was a language barrier but anyone who is not Spanish can just use google translate and it is easy enough. We had full use of his flat including the kitchen etc. Cheaper alternative to hotels and a nicer option than hostels. 」

「Perfect location to explore Reykjavik. The home itself was charming with ample room to be together after a day of exploring outside the city. Parking on the street was easy and inexpensive. The hand-built "hot pot" (aka: hottub) was a major plus especially for one of our party. Would definitely stay here again.」

「The place is terrific- clean, spacious, very comfortable and in the center of town; however, the check in was unclear and very stressful. You have to drive to the bus station in town to pick up the key in a locker, which is a 20 min. walk. We had to drop our rental car before 4pm, and it would have been nice to know this beforehand. By the time we got the correct locker number and got to the apartment to drop our luggage, we nearly missed our rental drop off and almost had to keep and pay for...
