「The agent did not respond to any emails or phone calls. The problems with the apartment include: Very difficult to locate. It took four of us 40 minutes as there are multiple doors. Too hot and no ability to control temperature. No instructions at all. As this included an oven with dials in Icelandic, it was an issue for us. Would not stay here again.」

「Bed bugs! All of us being bitten and we caught two bed bugs on our beds! I tried to contact the host and no answers. Since it’s 1am, we have no other places to go. Our next day’s plan is ruined because we need rest. It’s awful experience!We have to sit in chairs the whole night. I tried again contacting the host during morning. No answers yet! This is unacceptable and we request a full refund!」
