The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean breakfast isn’t bad too . The staff are friendly but the main downside is the rooms Arnt great when it comes to soundproofing but overall I would recommend staying hear .
It's very close to the waterfront and lots of bus options right out front. The standard room is quite small and the shower stall is also small but it was clean and quiet. Would stay here again.
Though they mixed up with our reservation blaming expedia they corrected it next day.
Staff was very pleasant. Good breakfast good location. However in comparison to room and car parking Ratio they are handicapped. We got lucky as we had handicap placard.
We enjoyed the stay
There are two sides to this hotel. One with nice rooms and one with basic rooms. In the basic rooms, the shower was extremely small and very hard to get in and out of due to a curved sliding door. Checkin staff were helpful.
We got a superior room and it was definitely better than the standard room we had the night before. Way more space to live. The room was very nice and comfy. The service of the staff at the reception and lobby was great. Hotel is very well located too.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
The room was very small and very noisy, the walls were very thin and lot of noise coming through walls and noise of water flowing through pipes.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, despite some issues with my booking, which were not my fault. I received a room upgrade and an invitation for a welcome drink. Everyone was super friendly, the price was very reasonable for Iceland, breakfast was also fine for the price. On my next visit to Iceland, I will definitely choose this hotel again, and for me, the parking at the hotel is a huge plus.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room I booked was the small budget room and while its small, I was solo travelling so it was perfect for me. The beds were way more comfortable than i anticipated. The only "negatives" were that the bathroom door didn't easily latch, i had to pull the door shut kind of hard for the latch to click, which isn't a big deal, and that the room did not have a thermostat to control the room temp. I have health conditions that cause my body temp to be lower than average so I found the room to be a bit chilly and would have loved to turn the temp up. Other than that though, I enjoyed my stay and will consider booking with hotel cabin again the next time I visit Iceland.
The room was so small we didn't have room for anything. It was only big enough for the bed. Since it was for just 1 night we dealt with it but I would recommend this size of room for more than 1 person. Staff was great. Breakfast was ok. Walkable to city Center for us.
obviously convenient for tour pickup, front desk staff was very helpful;
If hallway is noisy, can hear it into the room. bathroom on single was very tiny.
Hotel comfortable and clean, close and easy walk to go downtown, the waterfront promenade is across the road. Grocery and Food Hall nearby. Only negative was the room doors close hard and students don't know how to turn a knob.
