The location was excellent, the breakfast was excellent. The room was great, a lot of areas to put your clothes and it was clean. The shower is small - but overall enjoyed the room. The hotel bar had no real food I would have preferred that. The staff helped me with my taxi booking and dinner reservations which was really helpful.

great property .it is an old building that has been completely renovated to the best standards. the breakfast was great. we had a deluxe room ,plenty of space very comfortable.great location and staff.

I had the best stay at Hotel Reykjavík Centrum! It’s incredibly walkable- about 4 minutes from many things, around 9 mins from most things, and a max of around 15 mins from nearly every major spot in town you’d want to see. The rooms are clean, nice, and spacious. You’ll have a mini fridge, a safe, nice shower, closet space, and desk. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast is complimentary every morning. They have a huge closet to hold your bags if you need, and checkout isn’t until 12 PM! This location is close enough to everything while also being cozy and quiet. There’s a corner store 2 doors down if you need anything. There’s also a gelato shop, seafood/sushi restaurant, 2 hot dog stands, and a food hall right down the street (2 mins). If you’re planning to spend some time walking Reykjavik, this is the spot!
