"Perfect location for our first trip to Iceland for our exploration of Southern Iceland. Honestly cannot think of a thing that we needed that wasn't provided. If I had a wish list, it would have been nice to have an extra bathroom but we made it work just fine. I would highly recommend."

"This was a perfect house for our holiday in Iceland. We were there with an extended family group of three families - parents and teenage and young adult children. The location is about 15 minutes from Selfoss, 1 hour from Rekyavik and 1.5 hours from Keflavik airport. It allowed easy access to all the attractions of the southern region. "We only had a short stay, but the host was just fabulous! Very clean and well cared for, spacious enough for a family of 5. The cottage was so charming, we wished we had longer to stay. When we have to opportunity to return to Iceland, we will try and stay here again."

"So this place was a good place to stay as we start our drive around the country. It's in the middle of nowhere (by beach though) but not scenic. The room is comfortable and clean. It's really quiet. The only downside is there was very limited hot water. My wife used it all up in a not very long shower. "

"The room was not cleaned, old towels were hanging, there was no linen in one of the beds. We booked for 10 people, but there were actually 8 seats. The staff was arrogant, no one helped.The location was close to the beach, 10 minutes walk, but the house was somewhere behind the warehouse."

"Great location and quiet setting, close to nature. Good condition of the cabins, although we could not figure out the TV signals - not our priority since we wanted to experience the outdoors. Everything else works well and you feel comfortable. On the dow side, the mosquitoes wouldn't allow us to sleep well. Suggest replacing windows blinds with a darker color to provide shade at night during Summer."

"The property was in a quiet area with a beautiful view. The interior of the cabin was cozy and warm while the outside was winter winter. The isolated set of cabins are located near a pretty well equipped town, close to the Golden circle and all of its attractions, and far enough out that it gets nice and dark at night if you want to see the Northern lights. There is a food court with six stands a short drive from the cabin, many other options in the small town, and it is close to Selfoss which...

"The property was great to stay at that I even extended. It’s close to Bónus which is one of the cheaper supermarkets as well as a fresh bakery next to it. Bus stop close by making travel easy. The property also has an eye watering view of the mountains which I never got tired of. Will book here again when I return! "
