"What a beautiful property, gorgeous view, it is all exactly as described! Home was clean, the welcome package (wine, beer, snacks, breakfast items) was generous and very appreciated. The team was always a quick text message or call away and very responsive. We would love to return to this home, it was a great set up for the 7 of us. Quiet part of the island, cool breeze off the ocean, great pool. Highly recommended!"

"Robert and Carlos were warm and welcoming. Our room was clean, the AC cold, and decor was nice. I felt like I was truly in Mexico, instead of a bland hotel. Nina, the dog is very cute! It was a peaceful retreat from the noise and bustle of Playa Norte. I also cannot say enough good things about the pool, gorgeous view!"

"The locations and vibe is amazing. It’s a perfect spot to relax. The food is limited there are three restaurants on the property and a food truck but it felt like we had ample options and they’re very accommodating. Would totally recommend for a relaxing getaway. "

"Everything about Maria Kan Kin’s was amazing! We had the Romantic Suite which was upstairs with a large deck and a gorgeous view! Lily, the manager was wonderful! The restaurant, Loretta’s has some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. The beach is fairly small but pristine, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. You can order food and drinks from the beach. We truly cannot recommend this hotel enough. It made our stay in Isla Mujeres absolutely perfect!!!"

"The house and property were absolutely incredible! The two separate buildings worked perfectly for our four families staying there, giving everyone both space and comfort. The open-air living and dining area was a wonderful spot for gathering together. Genny and Victor were incredibly kind and prepared delicious breakfasts every morning. We also loved the location. We’re already hoping to return soon. Overall, it was an amazing experience!"
