“Awesome Place to have a different type of experience. The view of the Stars at night is absolutely stunning!”

“Great communication with the rental group. The property was great!”

“The condo was well kept, updated, and cozy. Instructions for the fireplace, TV and heating systems were easy to located and follow. The condo is easily located off the main highway; but secluded enough with a great view off the patio and upstairs windows. Neighborhood was peaceful. Full kitchen with everything we needed. We would stay there again!”

“Good afternoon just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay at Crows Nest we had a great time and the property is amazing but last night approximately at 2 am someone tried to break in to our tree house. Thankfully Ruidoso Police did go when we called and they found a man that had trespassed the property and they walked him out. If I had any suggestions it would be to possibly have certain contact information of someone available on the property for when there is emergencies”

“Perfect location by golf course and shopping area. Short drives to any location in ruidoso. Home was inviting and peaceful. Will stay here again!”

“Great place ”

“Beautiful views and quiet location. Ac works great. Pretty easy check in process. 1st night we were there, there was an issue with the plumbing but the management was able to take care of it relatively quickly.”

“We loved the house. We saw a herd of elk and really enjoyed our time.”

“In need of lots of maintenance. Mold in upstairs shower stall.Pots & pans dirty. Animal feces in driveway(wild horse) and while they cannot control where the horses go, they can clean it up before check in. Lot's of rules like they will charge if you don't take out the trash. Weeds in front, outside needs lots of maintenance. Patio "carpet" was an articial turf that needs to be hosed off as prior pets urinated on it.Deck needs paint and they should use a leaf blower to remove the pine needles……

“The property was very inviting and comfortable. My husband and I stayed with my parents for 5 days. The back patio is great for morning coffee and peaceful vibes! Our little dog loved the yard and we all felt at home.”

“Very nice.”

“The house is a little older, and we had some trouble opening the kitchen drawers. There were quite a few bugs throughout both the casita and the main house, and the air conditioning in the master bedroom did not work very well. Also pool was cold. Other than those issues, the home was beautiful inside, and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Everything was great except for the beds. Very uncomfortable.”

“Karen was so easy to talk to and communicate with”
