“Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Wasserfall. Ombretta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert und war für alle Anliegen da. Sie spricht ausgezeichnet Englisch. Das Haus hat viel Atmosphäre und ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Zufahrt ist sehr steil, aber machbar. Ein wunderbarer Ort für Leute, die Ruhe und Natur lieben.”

“My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. “Nach der Anreise auf den gut ausgebauten Sraßen , kamen wir an dem kleinen gut ausgestattetem Häuschen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt so wie besprochen. Die Lage und Unterkunft ist idela für Meschen die Ruhe suchen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man vor der Anfahrt einkaufn gwht. Sehr geeignet für Selbstversorger.”

“Sono stata in questa proprietà con il mio gruppo di amici a Ferragosto. La casa è molto ampia,dotata di 4 camere matrimoniali e altrettanti bagni. Ampio giardino ideale per barbecue. Proprietari molto disponibili.”

“The house was as described and shown in the images. If you have mobility problems beware the short but relatively steep drive and the 10 or so steps up to the patio and entrance. The weather was pretty hot but the house was naturally cool with thick stone walls. There was an enormous dining table and an adjacent comfortable seating area which strangely had no lighting though we moved a couple of table lamps around so that we could read. The kitchen was well equipped apart from pans to suit the……

“la struttura è molto accogliente e l'ideale per chi, come noi, voleva trascorrere qualche giorno di assoluto relax, la posizione decentrata ma comunque di facile collegamento con i centri urbani, la splendida piscina e l'incantevole terrazzo ci hanno fatto innamorare di questo posto. Non meno importanti la cordialità dei titolari e le piccole accortezze nell'arredo. Lo consiglio”

“Purtroppo, nonostante le aspettative, siamo rimasti molto delusi. Laciando stare i 6km di sterrato di cui eravamo a conoscenza, abbiamo trovato la casa molto trascurata e sporca. C'erano ragnatele ovunque, il piano cottura molto sporco e le stoviglie sono conservata dentro mobili senza lo schienale, e nella caffettiera c'era addirittura la ruggine, infatti non l'abbiamo usata. L'annuncio parla di una villa ma credo che sarebbe più giusto chiamarla casa, perchè se uno dice villa si hanno delle……

“Soggiorno tranquillo, ripeto appartamento x 6 persone un po' risicato, posizione un pochino fuori centro, in caso di neve necessaria la macchina, anche perché la strada a piedi è un po' pericolosa.”
