“This property was very unique and had a very nice bar area near the lobby. The breakfast had lots of options and plenty of room for guests. There was a parking garage just around the corner. When we visited, it happened to be a very warm spring day and the building hadn’t switched over from heat to air conditioning. Since our room was on the lower level, we didn’t feel comfortable opening the windows, so it was pretty stuffy. ”

“The continental breakfast was okay. I was in Minneapolis the whole week and had stayed 4 hotels. This one is the most expensive but their breakfast is like America Inn offered. Most time the front desk put poker face and if there was two people, they were just talking with each other. The last night we stayed was awful because there was no hot water for shower since 5pm. I called front desk and they said they have someone to take care of it but no one called back to explain the situation. At……

“Rooms are clean but staffing was not so great. Took a long time to check in to the point about 5 other people were behind me until after about 7 to 10 mins later another staff person showed up to help. Then the next day i went to the front desk for toilet paper and with two people in front of me it took almost 30mins no lie before i was helped. and the check in line behind me was out the door. Other than little to slow staff the hotel is nice, clean and enjoyable i would stay again! ”

“Noisy air conditioner. Noisy from 2nd floor. Noisy from hallway. Housekeeping said she needed to finish ours by 11AM, end up with only clean towels only. ”
