「Well first of all I booked a room with a pool view. Upon arrival to the hotel I was informed that the pool was broke. Had I known this ahead of time I would not have booked there. It did not say anywhere on their website that their pool was broke. Second of all the check-in person accidentally charged my credit card $3,000. My room was already paid for Via Expedia. The only credit card information he needed what for accidentals and he charged at $3,000 on accident. Then he refers to charges...

「I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!」
