    Exclusive villa with private panoramic pool and sea view, in one of the most privileged positions on Elba’s southern coast. The property is architecturally unique: an octagonal design by architect Gio Ponti, with direct views over the Gulf of Capo Perla.

    The villa sleeps up to 12 guests. On the ground floor: a bright living room with generous openings to the outdoors, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom, a bunk bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, with four double bedrooms each featuring an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

    The outdoor spaces are the heart of the property: private sea-view pool, wide panoramic terraces, relaxation area and outdoor furniture surrounded by Mediterranean nature. The ideal setting for groups and families seeking privacy, space and quality.

    Capo Perla beach is just minutes away, with easy access to Straccoligno and Calanova — among the most authentic and unspoiled beaches on the island.
