You get what you pay for.. definitely a budget stay. Welcome staff (Nicole) very pleasant and communication was good. Be aware that accommodation is on 3 levels and there are a lot of steps if like us you are staying on the top floor. No kettle in the room, even though I requested one in writing in advance and verbally on the day.

Stairs, no good wifi, but clean, roomy, comfy

STAIRS! No elevator. Wifi does not reach the room. Complained about wifi, but it was the weekend and they don't have a tech working. Now with that out of that way, the place was clean and comfortable, with bright colors. AC was working well. No noise complains. It was very roomy. The bathroom was really nice. There was some Capri decor. I really enjoyed it, minus the things on the first line.

Il bagno avere una puzza persistente, la doccia era nera e abbiamo dovuto chiedere gli asciugamani. Di notte c'era di continuo un rumore di caldaia [?], che non ci ha fatto chiudere occhio. 230 EUR a notte per una stanza simile è decisamente troppo.

Good localization but conditions are not so good

A localização é boa, perto da piazzeta. Mas a guest house apresenta alguns problemas: colchão extremamente duro, porta do banheiro não fecha, a caixa da privada demora um século pra encher e o chuveiro sai pouquíssima água. Está precisando de manutenção. Eliana nos atendeu muito bem e nos ajudou a reservar o passeio privado de barco.

A great stay

The location was spot on, central to everything but in a very quiet location. The host was super responsive over WhatsApp, and we got to check in early. We've been making our way from Napoli down the coast, and this was by far the most comfortable night of sleep. A spacious bed and air-condition + a big bathroom. We could also store our luggage there after we checked out. Would 100% come back.

Fiz a reserva no site para realizar o pagamento no hotel. Quando cheguei foi a maior confusão pois cobraram meus amigos no site e na hora do check in. Desta forma meu pagamento não foi realizado pois não havia mais ninguém na recepção. No outro dia me mandaram um email falando que debitaram do meu cartão (sem minha autorização), e quando reclamei que só não havia pago na hora do check in pois o hotel era desorganizado e não tinha ninguém para realizar a cobrança na recepção, hora nenhuma, o dono simplismente me enviou uma enchurrada de emails me ofendendo. Serviço péssimo, pessoas extremamente mal educadas e hotel desorganizado.

lovely guest house close to main square

Lovely guest house and very friendly welcome. Good instructions were given ahead of the trip so we knew exactly where to meet and how to get there. The room itself was clean, bright and in a great location close to the main square. Although breakfast is not available there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Hope to stay again in the future.

Belle chambre

Belle chambre spacieuse et grande salle de bain également. Accueil très sympathique à l'arrivée mais il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas réception par la suite. Petites bouteilles d'eau gratuites, très utiles avec la chaleur. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petit-déjeuner car il est très cher dans les cafés d'à côté.

Lovely little place to stay.

3 minute walk to Capri centre. Beautifully clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful, a young lady met us under the clock tower in the centre, excellent communication via WhatsApp and telephone. I would highly recommend this place.

Очень классно! Но это не отель, а несколько комнат переоборудованных в обычном жилом доме. Всё достаточно новое и не убитое. Немного не понравилась шумоизоляция, и если соседи курят, затягивает запах. А в целом очень понравилось. Отличное расположение, рядом до центра Капри. И с низу из порта добраться проще, чем до анакапри. Район намного симпатичней. Рядом много ресторанов и магазинов. Скучно не будет!)

Nice hotel close to everything.

We had a great time at the Marlin Guest house. Quiet street, room was very clean and spacious. The guest house is located very close to the city's main shopping and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone travelling to capri.

good location to the piazetta and bus stop. Within 10 mins on the bus you are at the most beautiful beach called Marina piccola. I recommend getting someone to bring suitcases to the guest house as it is difficult with stairs and narrow walk ways. All in all, great place! I would defiantly recommend it to others. Capri is the most beautiful place I have ever seen! It is fairly expensive, so saving money on your stay with the marlin guest house is a must. Bianca was very kind and met me in a timely manner. She also took any questions I have while being there and answered me right away. She truly made the stay a comforting one. Also, the cleaning staff in the morning do not wake you up if you've slept in. They wait for you to get up!
