「Our stay at the La Minerva Hotel was simply unforgettable, from the minute we got to Capri to the time we left. Their hospitality started well before we arrived as they helped us with whatever we needed from arrival to departure and everything in between. We took the ferry from Naples to Capri and as soon as we arrived someone from the hotel met us at the ferry to take our luggages (prearranged) and gave us directions to get to the hotel. 「we got a little upgrade during the stay. the staff was friendly. you need to walk some stairs before reaching the hotel. there was no elevator in the hotel but we were fine. the balcony has stunning view of Capri!」

The host was always available to answer any questions, or to give recommendations, or to help me with setting up reservations or luggage service or transportation. He even helped me when I couldn’t find my phone charger! The room is absolutely beautiful and in the center of it all! Would definitely stay here again! 」

「The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. 」
