「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Direkt am Hang gelegen! Mit wunderbaren Seeblick. Die Betten sin etwas hart gewesen, aber ansonsten war alles sehr sauber und benutzbar. 「We had a very good experience staying San Leonardo Suites in Verona. The hotel locates at the skirt of the old town. It's just few steps from the river. It's new, modern, clean and energy efficient.
