“Everything was perfect!”

“We loved this quiet well appointed property. The host stocked it with everything we needed for beach excursions. The property was very well maintained. It was walking distance to the resort where we were able to visit a craft market with food vendors and book a massage. Would definitely rent again.”

“The condo was great! The view was amazing, we loved to watch the surfers across the street. The pool was a good size, and the place was relaxed overall. We drove to shopping and could have walked to the beach. We definitely would stay here again when we visit Kona.”

“Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Kona. Perfect location, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, and tennis! The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed to include beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen had plenty of condiments. The owner was a great communicator, and quickly answered all of our questions. We lived out on the lanai - great view! I would highly recommend this location for a perfect Big Island vacation!”

“Older unit, interior nice but noisy due to old school wall of jalousie windows… Coqui frogs & road noise. Additional charge for AC although owner manager is able to remotely control temperature and limit to 72 degrees at night even when and hot humid. Big Brother Vibe”

“The place is right in the middle of the downtown and steps away from great food spots and the water! The studio was cute and clean. Owners provided snorkeling equipment and beach chairs and cooler - made snorkeling and beach trips very comfortable! The owner was very accommodative and overall had a great experience :)”

“I had a wonderful view of the ocean and Alii drive. The room had almost everything I needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, coffee maker, small appliances, and cleaning products. Plenty of towels (bath, pool, kitchen). I didn’t use the tv, but I did use the WiFi which worked just fine. The bed and chairs in the unit were comfortable and there was a small dresser to hang clothes (including hangars). I used the AC and it cooled the space quickly. I used the laundry facilities.……

“Great location! Good communication from host! I was a little worried about the parking, but it wasn’t much of an issue. Clean and as advertised. Would recommend a larger TV and a nicer mattress. Overall a great place to stay!”

“Fantastic oceanfront location! We had a minor issue with lockbox and host sorted it immediately. Condo spotlessly clean and great appliances plus all the beach chairs etc . A very comfortable stay”
