Excellent! The property management team were super nice and attentive. Answered all questions immediately. The owner Lacey as well. The house is spacious, clean and located close to where you are dropped off as well as not far away from the club house. We did request to have the AC lowered because it was many of us at the house and the days were very hot. We are very appreciative for Lacey doing that for us which made our stay very comfortable. I do recommend taking bug spray for those who have sweet blood and also a beach umbrella as the house had many chairs and towels but no umbrellas.

Nice big house!

This home is great for multiple families. We really enjoyed the pool and party space under the house. Ping pong, cornhole & pool were fun to have. We also appreciated the chef's kitchen, double fridges (yessss!!) and great big table space for meals. The living spaces are well done in this home. If you're a game family, bring your own puzzle & games as there are only a couple to use. Keep in mind that with an inverted floor plan and very high vaulted ceilings the living space with open kitchen stays pretty warm. The ac does not keep up, and the owner controls the temp...not you. I did message about lowering the temperature multiple times. We felt it very necessary to keep the ceiling fans running full bore at all times. The beach access for this home is very easy. Make sure to catch a sunset after dinner. We love Captiva!

Fantastic Family House

Recently remodeled (basically new) house was perfect for our group. Very nice inside and out. All furniture was excellent. We had 11 adults, 2 kids and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for all. large kitchen and dining area made it easy to cook breakfast and dinners for the entire group. 2 complete refrigerators was an excellent idea and really made it nice to store food plus there were two icemakers for drinks! Shally's was fantastic for check-in and check-out. Communication was great with both Shally's and the owner. The private island is a real getaway. No cars just golf carts on trails and beaches galore. Everything is 5 min away from the house by cart. Lots to explore. I would highly recommend this house and this place to anyone. We took our own boat and ate at different local restaurants. Some accessible only by water. We got some souvenir cups from the restaurant at Cabbage Key and left one in the house. If you rent this house and get souvenir cups from local restaurants, please leave one. I am curious to see how many will be there when we go back next summer.

Great location and property management

Loved the location. The house was nice. The representatives of the property management company were pretty great too. I had extended my stay right before the news hurricane Ian was confirmed and we were evacuated. I asked to just get those extra days back since they were a last minute add-on. The owner said “that’s what insurance is for”. I filed a claim with the insurance company and they wouldn’t payout, so insurance was a waste. One of the people who came with me had a service dog (not an emotional support dog). My career is in the field of disabilities and I choose to book accommodations through VRBO due to their policy on Service Animals. I was very disappointed in the attitude of the owner and her trying to not hold up to the policy. As much as I loved the location and house, etc. I would never stay with this owner again due to her disregard for individuals with disabilities. I was very disappointed there are still people in this world that discriminate based on disability.

Return to Paradise

Returning to North Captiva is always a blessing...Absolutely stunning place! "NO WORRIES ATOLL" was exactly as described...Great layout, lot's of stairs (definitely get your steps in!!!), gorgeous cook's kitchen. We did have a few issues, but Lacey and the folks from Tortuga Properties dealt with themvery quicky and professionally. We would love to return!!!

Awesome house for large groups

We had an awesome stay. Lacey provided excellent communication throughout. We loved the house and truly loved the island! Truly a unique experience. So quite with no cars on this island. Tortuga properties provided great service as well getting us checked in and luggage unloaded and checked out as well. We will be back!

Very Relaxing!!!

Property is awesome!! Island is wonderful!! Would suggest bringing all your food. $$ to eat on the island or order food to be delivered. Love the beaches and hunting for shells. Kids found so many sand dollars. Even found a conch still inhabited. Of course that was put back lol Kayaking was really nice. Pulled up and went swimming. Everyone in our group of 12 loved the house and island!!

Excellent family vacation spot away from the distractions of the city

The place was great. The only transportation on the island is walking, biking, or golf cart this really slows life down and helps you enjoy your vacation. While on the island we saw Dolphins multiple times, Manatees, Tortiases, and lots of birds. The house is nice. Make sure to bring bug spray if you plan on hanging out outside in the evenings. This was definitely one of the best-extended family vacations we have taken in a long time. When you go make sure to say hi to Mayor Jesse

Great location

We rented this house for a multi-family vacation. We had plenty of room and the house was well equipped. The games outside were a nice addition. Lacey, the owner and Tortuga, the property managers were great to work with. They were very accommodating and responsive. We had a wonderful time.

Amazing property

We had a blast staying at No Worries Atoll. Lacey and Tortuga were there to guide and answer every question. The amount of care Lacey has put into ensuring the house has everything we’d need for a week’s vacation was evident. I’ve never stayed in a vacation home where I could find everything I needed until this one. There were 17 of us and the house never felt crowded. There was so much to do. North Captiva is a beautiful island and we had a great time exploring and relaxing on all the beaches. Access to the club pool and kayaks was a definite perk. It was amazing to kayak with manatees and swim with dolphins jumping only feet away. I highly recommend taking in the sunrise from the top deck. Not only is the view picture perfect, but with no cars, the silence was amazing. We’d love to return.

Fantastic Escape

We had 17 people stay in this amazing house, and felt we had plenty of space. We had kids ranging from 3 on up, and everyone felt there was plenty to do. The one complaint I have is that I rented a boat for the week and did not use it much because we did not want to leave North Captiva! The owner and management were very responsive to questions and minor issues that came up. The house had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Home away from home, Island style

The Island beaches are beautiful! This home had everything 17 of our family and friends needed. Plenty of space for everyone, never felt like we were so crowded at all. The owner responded with in minutes and had their management help with anything we needed. They also recommended to pack light and that was the best advice! Made special memories, looking forward to coming back.

Family vacation!

Oh my goodness what an amazing property! There were 15 of us (8 adults and 7 kids) and it worked out magically! There was so much to do between exploring the island with the golf carts, spending hours on the beach, playing in the pool at the house and the club, and the ping pong table was a huge bonus! Tortuga property management and the owner were very accommodating and responsive. It was a marvelous time! Thank you!

Great property

One of the best places we have stayed!

The property and the management team were perfect for our stay with 16 adults for my wife's 40th birthday. The kitchen and rooms were beautiful and made it fell like a lot fewer people were staying at the house then there actually were. I would recommend this house to anyone with a good group of friends that want to enjoy an awesome house on an awesome island.

Great place and great owner...read this for details before you book

The home is beautiful and the island is wonderful for relaxing at the home, beach, or out on the water. Realize that the kitchen is on the 3rd floor with the Master Bedroom, so you will walk a lot of stairs especially if you like hanging out down stairs in the open air game and lounge area, which we did. Every home is elevated on the island, but if you plan to have meals together in the house and you have anyone in your group who will struggle with stairs, be prepared. There are lots of beach items from previous renters like chairs, footballs, frisbee, kids toys, etc. Plenty of room to lounge on the third floor for a larger group, and there is a PlayStation 4 with some games on the lower floor which we got some use out of. Overall a great place to stay if you are into playing games and relaxing on the beach.

Anniversary trip

What a great week! Came here for multiple couple anniversaries and could not have picked a better location. The island and all staff are amazing. Duncan with Tortuga properties was so helpful and fun. Lacey was very responsive and communicated almost daily with reminders and tips for a great stay. The No Worries Atoll has so many amenities for every age group. Golf carts are super fun and make the stay even better. This house is definitely worth every dollar. The sunrises and sunsets on the island are some of the best we’ve ever seen. Dolphins and manatees are seen almost daily. Already making plans to return soon!
