Nice kitnet, 40sqm with excellent air circulation and cleaning, located 300m from the highway, with bus stop. South Beaches: Cove, Cicadas, Trawler; to the north: Porto Novo and Palmeiras.
2.5 km from Porto Novo Events Square, where shows take place at different times of the year.
Best neighborhood location near markets, pharmacy and lottery house
Ideal for backpackers, salesmen and couples.
Fully familiar environment.
We do not accommodate children from 1 to 7 years old, pets are not allowed either.
What's currently available: 1 double bed, 1 fridge, cooktop stove, shelves with pans and basic household items.
Not available: tv, bedding, bath and dishcloth.
