The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well appointed with everything one needs to cook. There's lots of room to move around, and nice having 3 bathrooms, especially the one on the upper floor. We would stay here again :)

As the title says, overall, the place is quite nice. The neighborhood was not upscale, but quiet and nice. The interior of the property was very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the mattress in the master bedroom was pretty soft.

We have stayed with VRBO in Carbondale several times and this guest house is our favorite The place is clean and well thought out. The bedrooms downstairs are good for summer as they are cooler than rooms upstairs. The upper level is a good public area with a well equipped kitchen. We always plan on using the grill, but run out of time because of other places to eat. Carbondale is amazing because they don't really have any fast food or chain restaurants. This feels like a stop back in time and was a good change of pace.
