Large biker gang Had police come and assist sweet lady at front desk and removed unruly people at 2:30 in morning. Unsafe feeling, loud. No sleep"

"Comfortable stay for two nights. Everything was great until check out. It took about five days to resolve a parking charge. I had cancelled the second night and gave back the parking ticket. It took multiple texts over days before I finally got fed up and called to resolve. It took another 15-20 min on the phone being interrogated about what time I was parking and who I spoke with. I already gave them back the parking ticket in the morning so I had no access to the lot the second day/night. This was also documented through my texts with them. What should’ve been resolved swiftly was a ridiculous multi day conversation. Management really dropped the ball on hospitality here. Put a sour end to our experience."

"the breakfast was supposed to be open until 1000 on Sunday morning and the kitchen attendant shut it done at 0930. She said she had to start cleaning at 0930 and unplugged all the appliances as started removing the food."
