“Reception for checking in and out was very good. Service at the restaurant was excellent, especially for breakfast, and the food was good. The door to our room needed repair and was tended to quickly once we advised reception. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean, though the bathroom floor could have been better. One of the pools and the jacuzzi were closed for cleaning during our 3-day stay but the other pool was available and well maintained. Access to the beach is great, as……

“The hotel was really nice & well kept. The only reason I gave it a four was the poor internet connection. The wifi at the hotel was absolutely terrible with constant disconnections. The pool is also really small so if you're main thing is a pool, I'd look elsewhere Otherwise, the service & rooms were amazing & the location was definitely the best for in Santa Marta. “Good place to stay, clean and comfortable. negative points: they wanted to charge taxes even though I have a foreign passport, I had to pay for bracelets that should have been included with the reservation, air conditioner is either too cold or too warm as there is no way to set the air flow low/high. it was always high. “I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”

Le seul problème, mais assez fréquent dans les vieux bâtiments en Colombie, les chambres ne sont pas très lumineuses car donnant sur un patio intérieur.”
