"Our first visit to Carcassonne was lovely, stayed at the Tribe hotel with views of the medieval castle from our balcony room 316. Reception staff very helpful, a good little bar serving soft drinks & alcohol. Room was spacious & comfortable, nice shower room/sink with a separate toilet. Good sized TV & air conditioning keeping us cool when it was 37c outside. Definitely stay again."

"Loved our time here, 2 couples celebrating our wedding anniversaries. The location is stunning, the pool and jacuzzi sublime after a bit of sight seeing. I will say the hotel advertise a 24/7 bar however the night porter/bar man was rude and not customer focused at all, very disappointed with his manner and conduct. We will stay again though as the other staff were lovely"
