何日か滞在するカップルには最適ですが、一人で一泊ではもったいなかったです。 駅からすぐのロケーションも良かったです。 ただ、部屋に入る時に立ち会いの人が基本いないようで、建物に入るコードや部屋のコードはメッセージのやり取りだけでは不安すぎます。 そこのサポートの改善をお願いします。

Il faut déjà savoir que c’est des appartements et non un hôtel. Il est sur 2 étages sans ascenseur. J’étais censée recevoir un message avec les infos pour le Check in 24h a l’avance et ça n’a pas été le cas. Il y avait des fourmis dans la salle de bain. On entend tout autour, y compris les gens qui passent et discutent dans la rue à côté. Le lit est dur et il n’y a pas de clim, juste un ventilateur. Le seul point positif, c’est sa proximité à la gare.

Great once I got in

Close to town centre, station, canal du midi. Solidly built building and large room. Bed comfy. Initial difficulty in that i recieved no coms from landlord. No answer to phonecalls. Reply to my message was that they had no booking for me and that i was mistaken. Later they sent entry codes after i told them i had receipt and would meet at set time in local bar. Once in I was pleasantly suprised by room and bathroom.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel

Ce n'est pas un hôtel, ce sont des appartements. Il n'y a pas d'accueil, pas d'ascenseur : je n'ai vu ces informations bien après avoir effectué ma réservation alors que je les ai cherchées, puisqu'à l'époque je me déplaçais avec une béquille. Sur le descriptif, on finit par voir que les instructions d'arrivée vont être données 24h avant le debut du séjour. Je ne les ai reçu que pendant mon trajet, quelques heures à peine avant après les avoir réclamées. Je n'ai jamais croisé mon hôte. Même dans un camping on est mieux accueilli. Je ne reviendrai pas. Seul avantage : sa situation géographique, oroche de la gare et des commerces. Vous ne devez pas avoir de restriction physique pour entrer dansle logement, et toujours un moyen numérique en fonctionnement pour éventuellement communiquer. Pour la télévision, je n'avais pas mon propre abonnement netflix ou Disney, etc donc inutilisable.

Basically a glorified bnb but with zero communication. I didn’t know until after I booked that it was going to be a no contact check-in. Even though they say you will be contacted with check-in info 24 hours before, we were not notified until 5 minutes before check-in. Bathroom smells of sewage, bed is thin and hard, pillows are both too big and very uncomfortable to sleep, you hear everything from your neighbors, hot because you are under the roof.

Room with box bathroom in corner smelled damp, probably because regulation extraction fan in was not working and probably never had as string tied up as when fitted. The bed had a 6 cm foam mattress on a solid wood box base so very uncomfortable to sit on never mind sleep on, but still appeared to sag in middle. No reception, 2 flights of stairs and main door left open, so less than secure. Unsafe and unhealthy.

Nice apartment, but communication awful.

The apartment was good and very well laid out. The only problem was a very musty smell in the toilet and wash room.it was also a bit noisy. I would recommend it for its proximity to the town and the value that it gives, but my only hesisation would be due to the communication with the manager. The entry code never arrived the day before and in fact I along with another client were left standing outside the building trying to get the code from the owner. I had rang him twice already that morning asking for the code and he said he would send it, but did not. Eventually we got in, but that was enough to stop a return visit
