Su serzu1 is set in a private  plot of land together with other houses among orchards and olive groves. 

The apartment comprises a living room with kitchenette, 1 double room 1 twin room and a bathroom. There is also a large veranda, a barbecue area and an outside shower. The apartment is about 3km far from the village Cardedu. 

N.B.

Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in:

Wood for fireplace is not included

Casa perfetta, con giardino e veranda super sfruttabile, dotata di ogni comodita’, pulitissima ed in un contesto molto rilassante, in posizione strategica per visitare le piu’ belle spiagge della zona. Una menzione particolare per lo staff di All4Sardinia, professionale ma allo stesso tempo amichevole, molto reattivi nel rispondere ad ogni richiesta, e per il proprietario di casa, persona gentilissima.Alla prossima! Sehr schöne, neue und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Alles sehr sauber! Genügend Schränke und Stauraum sind vorhanden. Schöne große Terrasse mit eigenem Grill und ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es ist Sehr Sauber,Netter Vermieter aber Leider Richt Die Wohnung...schlecht verputzt, Schimmel man Weiß es nicht. Was wir Sehr frech fanden bei der Ankunft wollte man 100€ von uns für die Klimaanlage, es wurde weder vorher mitgeteilt noch wurde es auf der Seite mit als extra kosten vermerkt, also Zahlen oder du hast Pech! Nach langem hin und her hatten wir uns auf 60€ geeinigt! Allem in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Struttura spaziosa e ben dotata di tutto ciò che necessita un appartamento, dal tostapane alla macchina del caffè,oltre alle moka, al microonde, al bollitore elettrico ecc. Appartamento in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissimo alle spiagge più belle d'Ogliastra, compresa la stessa di Cardedu. Bello risvegliarsi con il cantar del gallo ed il tintinnio delle campane delle greggi, un ritorno alla vita trascorsa da bambino. Proprietari molto cordiali e simpatici, host molto disponibile e presente al bisogno. Il prossimo anno da ripetere con amici. Complimenti.

Ho passato una settimana insieme alla mia bimba, immersa nella natura..a pochi passi dal mare (facilmente raggiungibile a piedi) e a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro del paese! Appartamento completo di tutti i servizi (riscaldamento, cucina completa di accessori, lavatrice..... tutto!)

Casa pulita, razionale e moderna dotata di tutti i comfort utili in vacanza. Location in mezzo alla campagna sarda ma a poche centinaia di metri dalle spiagge. In una parola, il massimo. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta o esigenza. Soggiorno in case-vacanza in Sardegna da più di vent'anni e ne ho provate di tutti i tipi in ogni angolo dell'isola. Pochissime sono competitive con questa nel rapporto qualità-prezzo, davvero una bellissima scoperta. Complimenti.

Auf sowie in der gesammten Umgebung laufen Hunde herum die fast die ganze Nacht kläffen. An schlafen ist nicht zu denken.Das Mobiliar ist so unbequem dass man Rückenschmerzen bekommt.In der Dusche ist ein Rohr undicht .In der Wohnung riecht es nach feuchtem Gips

Sehr schöne Wohnung, neu renoviert, sehr sauber, die Vermieter sind mehr als Gastfreundlich und haben uns mit diversen Leckereien und frischem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten willkommen geheißen. Alessandro von der Agentur war ein super Ansprechpartner. Die Wohnung liegt ländlich aber am Strand gibt es auch Pizzerien und eine Bar. Ansonsten gibt es in Tortoli das nötige zum flanieren. Die Ruhe war sagenhaft. Man hatte nur die üblichen Landgeräusche von Tieren, die wir persönlich sehr mögen. Alles in allem haben wir uns auch zur Corona Zeit mehr als willkommen geheißen und wir haben einen tollen Urlaub erlebt. Mille Grazie

Questa proprietà è in una posizione molto comoda a servizi e spiagge, conviene usare la macchina per raggiungere le spiagge o la bici per quelle più vicine. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti diverse spiagge per tutti i gusti, da quelle sabbiose a quelle più rocciose per fare snorkeling. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile!

Alessandro und Eigentümer Luca waren sehr bemüht uns einen angenehmen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Objekt den Urlaub verbringen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden und auf der geräumigen Terrasse haben wir täglich unsere Mahlzeiten zu uns genommen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und neu. Wie gesagt......jeder Zeit wieder!!!

Maison propre, spacieuse tout comme la terrasse et très bien équipée avec du matériel récent, une bonne literie surtout. Propriétaire très sympathique et environnement calme en retrait de l'agitation estivale.Une voiture est indispensable mais location idéalement située pour découvrir l'Ogliastra avec de très belles plages à proximité et les montagnes sardes également pour les randonnées et baignades en rivière. Je recommande.

Schöne FEWO, netter Vermieter nebenan und die Hunde sind niedlich. Anfang Mai wenig los am Strand- eher etwas für Naturliebhaber. Autovermietung zu empfehlen: Sardinya am Flughafen oder RPM in Barisardo.
