Perfect location for us to see what we wanted of the City Centre during our very short stay. Quiet, cozy, comfortable with everything we needed. Very helpful local orientation that helped a lot. Very responsive.

Just what we needed. Comfortable, within easy walking distance of the city centre and Mermaid Quay. The addition of free parking was a bonus

Home away from home

House is lovely. Handy to have the car parking space is well. Linens on bed are super high quality and the shower is great. Plenty hot water and efficient heating. We were very comfortable here. We didn’t cook but there seemed to be a very well stocked kitchen with everything you might need. We had a problem with wrong location on post which I believe is now fixed, otherwise it would have been 5 stars from me.

Lovely property in central location

A return visit as our first had been excellent. Sadly, previous guests had left the property in a less than perfect condition which the owners were trying to repair. Communication with hosts was excellent and they could not have been any more helpful or amenable. We love the ease with which we can travel from the property to anywhere in the city. Lovely canal walk on the doorstep and nearby supermarket.

Very nice apartment centrally located. Host was pleasant, responsive and helpful. Clean and was as expected. Will stay there/ here again when back in Cardiff.

Convenient location

Nice property, ideally situated to see the sites equal distance for a walk into the city centre or down to the waterfront with all the restaurants and bars. Comfortable beds and good shower. Basic cooking equipment but enough for our needs. Small garden and best of all a parking spot. We had a great week in Cardiff lots to see and do.

Handy Location

The property (a real house) was ideally situated between the bay area and the town/castle. It was set in a residential area so was fairly quiet, but you need transport to get to most amenities, although there was a small Co-Op a 7 min walk away. There was a comprehensive folder giving details about the letting and a list of 'eateries', but a local map of the area would have been useful in order to locate these and other interests. There were only the 3 of us so we were quite comfortable, but more than 3 may find it a bit tight for space.

Convenient base but has some issues

Location good, house clean and comfortable. However, with seating for three in lounge, kitchen with two chairs (there were two metal foldup chairs in living room), but sleeping arrangements for five we were rather confused what number the house was for. Kitchen quite basic with regards to utensils and no coffee machine. Garden front and back covered in weeds. TV package was the most basic. Wouldn't want to spend time here if weather was poor with a family due to seating in lounge.

A very nice place, close to the city centre. Just as advertised. And a parking spot is so useful! Just please fix the lock in the toilet.
