Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We checked in at 4:02 p.m., and from that moment the experience went downhill. The receptionist who checked us in told us that we had to book a time slot to use the swimming pool. Since it was already 4:02, she said we couldn’t use the pool right away and had to book the next available slot at 5:30 p.m.
When we went to the pool at 5:30, we were told to come back later at 6:15, and then again at 9:00 a.m. the next day, which made no sense — especially with young children. Every time we tried to go, the staff kept changing our booking or canceling it without a proper explanation. When I finally took a photo of our confirmed 6:15 booking to prove our slot, they still refused to let us in, claiming it wasn’t possible because our booking was “only for four kids and one adult.” This was completely unfair, as we followed all their booking rules.
It honestly felt like they were making fun of us and simply didn’t want to let us use the facilities. To make things worse, the gym receptionist told us directly that we were not allowed to go there and that it was up to him whether anyone could use the gym or pool. He even said that the gym and pool “belong to him,” which was shocking and completely unprofessional.
Overall, we paid for facilities that we were repeatedly denied access to, and the staff’s behavior was unacceptable. The whole experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to any
