“Friendly staff rooms very clean”

“bed not that comfortable but enjoyed the pool and hot tub”

“We are local but we have an adult daughter living with us so we went to just get away, relax & stay cool while he was on vacation from work. We took our dogs with us and since it was very hot, we would walk the dogs in the yards beside & behind the building and we both smoke cigarettes so we would smoke while out there. I put my cigarette butts in the ashtrays around the building and we cleaned up after the dogs too. One of the times I was coming back in the desk lady told me, "just make sure……

“Room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the space was nice. No elevator. We had a ground floor room but heard others complaining about lugging things to 2nd Floor. Would stay again”

“Everything was perfect the only bad thing was the A/C didn’t work properly keeps turning off and it was impossible to keep that room in temperature wasn’t good at all other then that it was good.”

“Nice place for an overnight. Splash Harbor is a small pool and splash pad area but very nice. Pool has algae growing on the bottom edges. Bathroom in the pool area was very dirty and no Mat on the floor so very slippery. The room was standard. Carpet was very old and worn and musty smelling. Front desk folks seemed a in knowledgeable and overwhelmed. The breakfast was good and the lady that hosted that was fantastic.”

“The location was easy to get too with a stop light. It is a older motel which shows in places.The breakfast was a surprise with fruit and great cinnamon rolls.”

“We stayed and there are BUGS IN THE BEDS AND BATHROOM SINKS. When notified of the bugs they did not issue any sort of rectification other than a "sorry, we will notify our staff" unfortunately this was our first stay at a Sonesta and we will not return for future stays.”
