"Nice outdoor views and location. Staff were less than eager to be helpful. Had some questionable unauthorized charges to room 2 days after checkout and was difficult to track down answers and get reversed. "

"I poured myself a cup of Mountain Dew and put it on the nightstand, next to my bed, as I watched TV. About 15 minutes later, I reached over to grab my drink and there was a cockroach crawling up the side of the cup. I called downstairs and told them I was leaving. I had a hard time getting my remaining days credited back. Never will I stay there again!"

"Checked in late at night and key didnt work to get into room. Went to front desk and they "upgraded" us to a suite. It was terrible. Super hot in the room, no towels and super dirty and run down. Tried to get some sleep as we only needed to stay 7 hours. Went to get into bed and found bed bug eggs. Left right away."

"Wonderful “Prickly Pear” resort. Beautiful casitas with fireplace and balcony. The grounds were amazing to walk along the Nature Trails in the mornings and although I do not play golf…the greens were worth photographing. The staff and the golf carts were amazing….food at 2 of their restaurants were excellent. Pool was clean and great view with the boulders and waterfall. Our stay was exceptional!"

"This was our 2nd stay at this property and we loved it. Lara at check in was great ! Offered me some Expedia upgrades, which was great. Room was updated and clean with a great view of the pool and a soaking tub. Everyone at the pool was so friendly and nice. My husband is a bit of a picky eater and they were very helpful getting him something to eat everyday at the pool. Shout out to Kevin and Sharon for sure! Top notch :) Also make sure you find the Sunset Pool over by Rusty's.. adults only and once the sun goes behind the building at the main pool you can go there and watch the sunset. Can't get any closer to Camelback Mountain unless you are climbing it!!"
