"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming boutique, hotel centrally located in old San Juan, Puerto Rico. The open-air design gives it a unique airy feel, while the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning for comfort. I love the thoughtful touches each day – complementary water 24/7, coffee each morning, wine and cheese at 5 o’clock and chocolates on the bed each evening. Room service was impeccable with two daily visits, in the room, a second door effectively kept noise out, making for a peaceful retreat. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food and there’s also a fantastic outdoor spot just across the street. The hotel has incredible character and a great location that makes exploring Old San Juan a breeze. It was truly a fantastic experience."

"Our trip was amazing and the property was beautiful. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always quick to help whenever we needed anything. The only issue we experienced was that wash cloths were not consistently replaced during housekeeping. We had to request them multiple times throughout our stay, although they were always delivered to our room quickly once requested. Overall, we still had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel itself is not in a great condition (the hallways are very smelly), but it’s clean and the access to Atlantis is worth it! The breakfast is great, nice variety and lots of tables by the pool."
